More importantly, the offer includes plans to allow the EFSF to provide almost €11B in support for the July-August period. Tsipras is reportedly not happy about the VAT and pension components, as they still press his party's red lines. The Eurogroup's Dijsselbloem said that differences with Greece were narrowed but still remain substantial.
