[13:42] {Threei} **the FOMC is expected to hold rates again at 0.25% today, and consensus expectation seems to be that the committee will be reluctant to make serious modifications to its accompanying statement for fear of rocking the boat. The Fed has observed the recent improvements in data such as the pick-up in home sales, and the pace of job losses decreasing, and the optimism exemplified by the rising stock market. This should allow the FOMC to take more of a wait and see stance at this meeting, and the statement will likely repeat its forecasts for "exceptionally low levels of the federal funds rate for an extended period" and "inflation will remain subdued for some time."
