As expected, inactive day of pre-holiday trading. Still, our tweaked-for-holiday approach netted us a few nice trades early.

AIXTRON is sticking to its current two-tier system consisting of fixed and Supervisory Board. With the SE-transformation no changes in management and supervisory boards, or other changes are connected within the group. Shareholders of AIXTRON AG AIXTRON shareholders are automatically SE and also the rights of shareholders or the financial reporting does not affect the conversion.
